② Electricity to be used in Aichi Hall "Nagoya Garden Palace" office of PMAC : Electricity contract 680㎾, The estimated electricity of the year 3,142,000㎾h
③ Electricity to be used in Hiroshima Hall "Hiroshima Garden Palace" office of PMAC : Electricity contract 463㎾, The estimated electricity of the year 1,703,000㎾h
④ Electricity to be used in Kyushu Hall "Fukuoka Garden Palace" office of PMAC : Electricity contract 450㎾, The estimated electricity of the year Contract : 1,124,700㎾h
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1, April, 2020 through 31, March, 2021
⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender manual.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 25 of the Accounts official regulations of PMAC.
Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 26 of the Accounts official regulations of PMAC.
③ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the obligating officer.
④ have the Grade A, B or C "sales of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal years 2020.
⑤ have registered in accordance with Article 2-2, Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑥ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑦ prove to have met the qualification requirements which the PMAC specify.
⑺ Time-limit of tender :
① 4 : 30 PM 23, December, 2019. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5 : 00 PM 18, December, 2019. Whether they are mailed or brought to us by a messenger.
② 11 : 00 AM 13, December, 2019. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5 : 00 PM 6, December, 2019. Whether theyare mailed or brought to us by a messenger.
③ 4 : 30 PM 5, December, 2019. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5 : 00 PM 29, November, 2019. Whether they are mailed or brought to us by a messenger.
