⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 2 and 3 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for The University of Tokyo,
B have the Grade A or Grade B qualification during fiscal 2019 in the Kanto-Koshinetsu or Tokai-Hokuriku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO,
D Have registered in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law,
E meet content specified in the tender documentation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President of the University of Tokyo.
