| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hiroyuki Fuluya, Warden of the Morioka Juvenile Training School. ⑵ Classification number of the products to be procured : 15 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the product to be purchased : Renewal of comprehensive monitoring system devices 1 set. ⑷ Delivery period : 28 February 2020 ⑸ Delivery place : Place designated by the warden of the Morioka Juvenile Training School. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have the Grade A or B on 'Sale of product' in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by The Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2019/2020/2021. ④Based on Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the budget, Auditing and Accounting.
