(1) Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity:

Transportation of the questions and its related materials for IT

(4) Fulfillment period: From the date when contract is concluded
through 30, November 2022
(5) Fulfillment place: As in the tender manual
(6) Qualifications for participation in the tendering procedures:
Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are
those who shall:
1) Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the
Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person
under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained
the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable
under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
2) Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the
Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
3) Have Grade A in "offer of services (transport)", in the Hokkaido
Area, Tohoku Area, Kanto-Koshinetsu Area, Kinki Area, Chugoku
Area, Shikoku Area and Kyushu-Okinawa Area in terms of the
qualification for participating in tenders related to Cabinet
Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in
the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
4) Have notified the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport
and Tourism of motor truck transportation business and
warehousing business.
5) Have submitted "the checklist for the requirements".
6) Be organizations certified through ISMS conformity assessment
scheme according to ISMS certification criteria JIS Q 27001:2006
(ISO/IEC 27001: 2005) or JIS Q 27001: 2014 (ISO/IEC 27001:2013),
or granted the right to display "PrivacyMark" in compliance with
"JIS Q 15001 Personal Information Protection Management System -
Requirements.
7) Not be suspended from transaction by the request of the
officials in charge of contract.
8) A person whose business situation or trustworthiness is deemed
not to have significantly deteriorated and whose proper
performance of a contract can be guaranteed.
9) Submit a document of a system to prove their ability to supply
the system concerned and meet our requirements in order to be
judged acceptable by the contracting entity; and provide
explanations on the contents of the above document by request.
