scale electric enterprise inaccordance with Article 2-2 of the
aforesaid Law.
3)[(2) (A2) needs onlypertinence] Being the person who
can confirm the electricity supplyresults by copying of the title
region of the contract which itsupplies consumers excepting the
person who request participating in
the tendering procedure, and termof a contract completed.
