| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hiroki Yasuda, in charge of Procurement of Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be leased : temporary accommodation buildings and other facilities ⑷ Term of contract : From the date of contract to 30 November 2020 ⑸ Lease place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause. ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C "Offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single Qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021. ④ Are not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract or others. ⑤ Not once being rejected, or under remaining denial, from the national order operations upon police request because of their practical operation by gangster members or other antisocial bodies. ⑺ Time-limit for Tender : 13 : 45 JST, 26 June 2019 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Procurement Division of Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. 3-8-1 Marunouchi, Chiy-oda-ku Tokyo, 100-0005 Japan.
