| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Takashi Hirokawa, Commander, 9th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased Light Oil About 230,000 L ⑷ Delivery period : From 1, May, 2019 through 31, March, 2020 ⑸ Delivery place : Fushikitoyama Port Area. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures ; Supplier eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ; A. not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause : B. not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting : C. shall have Grade A or B of "Selling" in Kanto・Koshinetsu or Toukai・Hokuriku area in terms of the qualifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020, 2021 D. have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Petroleum Stockpiling Law (Law No. 55 of 2001), to initiate business of selling Petroleum Products. E.
