| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hiroshi Kimizuka, Obligating Officer, Director General of Fukuoka Regional Immigration Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 116. ⑶ Immigration attendant and (immigration examination) interpretation support. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 May 2019 through 31 March 2020. ⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, Minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C in "offer of service" (other) in Kyushu・Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2016, 2017 and 2018. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 9 April 2019. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Ms. Kise, General Affairs Division, Naha District Immigration Office, 1-15-15 Higawa Naha-shi Okinawa 900-0022 Japan.
