(6) Qualifications forparticipating in the tendering
procedures : Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposedtender are those who shall :
(A1) Not come under Article 70 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.
Furthermore, minors, Person underConservatorship or Person under
Assistance that obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the
said clause.
(A2) Not come under Article 71 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.
(A3) Have Grade "A, B, C or D inoffer of Services" in terms of the
qualification for participating intenders by Organizations in the
Chugoku area related to theMinistry of Finance (Single
qualification for every ministryand agency) in the fiscal year
2016, 2017 and 2018.
(A4) Have not received suspension
of designated contractor status,etc. from any ministry or agency
(including person speciallyqualified by officials in charge of
disbursement of the procuringentity).
(A5) An eligible person is aperson whose business condition and
credit are deemed not to be asevere degradation, and who is sure
to implement the contract.
(A6) Submit a document of asystem to prove their ability to
supply the system concerned andmeet our requirements in order to
be judged acceptable by thecontracting entity : and provide
explanations on the contents of the
above document by request.
(7) Time-limit for tender : 12 :00 7 November 2016.
