| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hirofumi Mukuno, Director-General of Kagoshima District Legal Affairs Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the service to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of services to be required : Facility management/administration duties trust at Oosumi National Government Building. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2019 through 31 March 2022. ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the specification. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C in "offer of service" in the Kyusyu and Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years of 2016, 2017, 2018. ④Meet the qualification requirement which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 15 18 February 2019 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Misuzu Kinjou, Procurement Section, Finance Division, Kagoshima District Legal Affairs Bureau, 1-2 Kamoikeshin-machi Kagoshima-shi Kagoshima-ken 890-8518 Japan.
