Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Provision of services, etc (Other)" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku, Kinki Regions ; ④ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured services ; ⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 January 30, 2019 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Daichi Kume, Accounting Division, National Hospital Organization Tsuruga National Hospital, 33-1 Sakuragaoka Tsuruga-shi, Fukui-ken 914-0195, Japan.
