⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Articles 16 and 18 of the Japan Foundation's Rules for the operation of Accounting
② have Grade A classification in offering services in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (single qualification for every ministry and agency) for fiscal years 2016, 2017, and 2018.
③ not currently be under suspension of nomination by the Japan Foundation
④ be able to reliably fulfill the terms of the contract with the Japan Foundation and who have no record of default, delay or other breach of promise over the past year
⑤ be able to attend regular meetings held in the head office of the Japan Foundation in Yotsuya, Tokyo
⑥ have track record of providing and completing the art transportation for museums of the same scale and classification in Western Europe in the past five years in and be a member of ARTIM
