| Summay of notice | ⑴ The Person who is Responsible for Contract : Makoto Natsume, President & CEO, NARITA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT CORPORATION. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Manufacture and Installation (including associated wiring, operational testing, adjustments and providing training for operators and maintenance engineers) of 4 Explosives Detection Systems and collateral systems. ⑷ Delivery period : 30 June 2020 (with partial delivery) ⑸ Delivery place : Narita International Airport ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedure : Tenderers eligible for participating in the purposed tender are those who : ①shall not be in any way restricted from the execution of contracts, by national law, ②are registered with the NARITA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT CORPORATION as a qualified competitive tenderer for FY2018/2019/2020, classified as "Communications Equipment (Manufacture)" or "Communications Equipment (Vendor)", ③are able to document its experiences in manufacturing the products referred to in ⑶ and have appropriately delivered the products to other domestic or foreign airports, and ④are able to provide on-site maintenance services and spare parts for the products in a prompt and appropriate manner accordingly to meet the specifications provided by the procurer.
