Summary (1) Nature and quantity of the products to be procured: Lease of Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to be located at the facilities owned by Gifu Prefectural Government: 334 sets (2) Lease period: From 1 August 2017 through 31 March 2022 (3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation: Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 27 March 2017 through 14 April 2017 (excluding weekends and national holidays) (4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant documents: 5:00 p.m., 24 April 2017 Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 28 April 2017. (5) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders: The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. on 10 May 2017 at the Bids and Tenders Room (3F of the Gifu Prefectural Think Tank Building).
