(1) Nature of the services to be procured:
Renewal Work for the Satellite Equipment of the disaster prevention
information communication system of Gifu Prefecture
(2) Contract fulfillment period:
From the date of the contract through 10 March 2028
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation
i) Online distribution for documentation: Every day from 9:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m. from 1 October 2025 through 27 November 2025 (excluding
weekends and national holidays)
ii) CD ROM distribution for design drawings: Same as (3)i)
(4) Period for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
i) Online: Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from 1 October 2025
through 22 October 2025 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
ii) Paper-based: Same as (4)i)
Submissions by email or fax will not be accepted.
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 20 November
2025.
(5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
10:00 a.m. on 28 November 2025 at the Meeting Room 505 (5F of the
Gifu Prefectural Government Building, 2-1-1 Yabuta-minami, Gifu City,
Gifu Prefecture)
i) Online: Tenders must be submitted from 9:00 a.m. on 25 November
2025 to 4:00 p.m. on 27 November 2025.
ii) Paper-based: Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 4:00 p.m.
on 27 November 2025. Submissions by email or fax will not be
accepted.
