Summary of notice Summary
This procurement is a project where materials submission and bidding
are conducted electronically (IC card required). Those who cannot use this
service may submit bids in writing only with the approval of the ordering
party.

Electricity supply for the Ochiai Water Intake Facility at the Eastern
Regional Waterworks Office of the Gifu Prefectural Government:

From 0:00 1 April 2025 through 24:00 31 March 2026
(3) Place of delivery:
Ochiai Water Intake Facility, Eastern Regional Waterworks Office, Gifu
Prefectural Government (Address: 2519-3 Babado, Ochiai, Nakatsugawa
City, Gifu Prefecture)
(4) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 26 September 2024 through
9 October 2024 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
(5) Application deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms
and relevant documents: 4:00 p.m. 18 October 2024
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 25 October 2024.
(6) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The opening of electronic procurement system and the meeting for the
opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at 10 a.m. on 13
November 2024 at the conference room of the Eastern Regional
Waterworks Office.
(Tenders submitted by mail or electronically must be received by 5:00
p.m. on 12 November 2024.)
