Summary (1) Nature of the services to be procured: Operation, maintenance, and equipment renewal of the general financial accounting system (2) Contract fulfillment period: From the date of the contract through 30 September 2028 (3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation: Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 19 July 2021 through 13 August 2021 (excluding weekends and national holidays) (4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant documents: 5:00 p.m., 24 August 2021 Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 31 August 2021. (5) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders: The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. on 10 September 2021 at the 3 North 1 Meeting Room (3F of the Gifu Prefectural Government Building).
