Summary of notice Summary
This procurement is a project where materials submission and bidding are
conducted electronically (IC card required). Those who cannot use this
service may submit bids in writing only with the approval of the ordering
party.

Classical Swine Fever live Vaccine (Contracts on a per-unit basis)
Scheduled quantity:
10,234 sets (20 doses per set) and 4,680 sets (50 doses per set)
(2) Contract fulfillment period:
From 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documents:
Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., from 24 January 2025 to 14
February 2025 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
5:00 p.m. 26 February 2025
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 5 March 2025.
(5) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
10:00 a.m. on 13 March 2025 at the Meeting Room 1308 on the 13F of
the Gifu Prefectural Government Office Building.
(Tenders submitted by mail or electronically must be received by 5:00
p.m. 12 March 2025.)
