(1) Natureof the services to be procured:
Cleaning services for the Gifu Prefectural Government Building
(Administrative Building)
(2) Contract fulfillment period:
From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2028
* This is a long-term contract based on Gifu Prefectural Ordinance
Article II-2 that stipulates conditions for Gifu Prefectural long-term
contracts and is subject to cancellation if the annual expenditure
budget for subsequent fiscal years has been reduced or canceled.
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 7 February 2025 through 21
February 2025 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
5:00 p.m. 5 March 2025
Applicants will be noticed of the screening results by 13 March 2025.
(5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
10:00 a.m. on 21 March 2025 at the 302 Meeting Room of the third floor
of the Gifu Prefectural Government Building.
(Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m. on 19 March
2025.)
