Summary of notice Summary
This procurement is a project where materials submission and bidding are
conducted electronically (IC card required). Those who cannot use this
service may submit bids in writing only with the approval of the ordering
party.
(1) Nature and quantity of the products to be procured:
Emergency circulating bath set: 6 sets
(2) Delivery period:
To be completed by 26 December 2025
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. if not
done electronically) from 3 June 2025 to 13 June 2025
(excluding weekends and national holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
5:00 p.m. 16 June 2025
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 18 June 2025.
(5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
10:00 a.m. on 30 June 2025 at the Meeting Room 709.
(7F of the Gifu Prefectural Government Office building).
(Tenders submitted by mail or electronically must be received by 5:00
p.m. on 27 June 2025.)
