Summary of notice Summary
(1) This tender is an act of contract preparation before the project is
adopted as a project eligible for assistance by the Government of Japan.
Therefore, in the event that the project is not realized to be adopted as a
project eligible for subsidy, this tender shall be canceled.
(2) Subject matter of the contract:
Air conditioning and Sanitary construction for the Kyoto City Central
Wholesale Market (Fruit and Vegetables market building)
(3) Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant
documents for the qualification:
5:00 p.m. 17 January, 2024
(By post: 5:00 p.m. 16 January, 2024 * Must arrive)
(4) Time-limit for the submission of tenders:
5:00 p.m. 28 February, 2024
(5) The tender period and tender opening date may be postponed due to the
impact of the Japanese government's schedule for the adoption of subsidized
projects for this project. In this case, we will notify those we deem
qualified to participate in this tender by noon on 22 February, 2024, of the
postponement of these dates. We will also notify those eligible to
participate in this tender by noon one our office buisiness day before the
first day of the postponed tender period of the postponed schedule.
