KOBAN Network System (the "System") and Related Equipment, and
Providing Communication Lines for the System
(a) Update and Initial Installation of System of the System
(b) Maintenance of Equipment and Provision of the Communication Lines
of the System
(2) Contract fulfillment period:
(a) :From the date of contract through 31 December 2019
(b) :From 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2024
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 30 May 2019 through 27
June 2019 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
5:00 p.m., 27 June 2019
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 7 July 2019.
(5) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
10:00 a.m. on 11 July 2019 at Meeting Room 2A (2F of the Gifu
Prefectural Police Headquarters Building).
(Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m., 10 July 2019.)
