(5) Subject matter of the contract: The Department of Information Science and Technology
at Aichi Prefectural University has implemented highly advanced technical programs to
develop human resources with professional skills and knowledge. To keep the education
and research facilities up to date, a new five-year lease contract is under consideration.
The new facility consists of server and client systems that include computer servers,
applications software, and network switches, and so on. The replacement of the systems
aims to contribute to the further development of education and research activities in
the fields of computer science and its related disciplines.
