Summary of notice Summary
This procurement is a project where material submission and bidding are
conducted electronically (IC card required). Those who are unable to use
this service may submit bids in writing only with the approval of the
ordering party.
(1) Nature and quantity of the products to be procured:
Dedicated computers for the Gifu Prefecture disaster prevention
information communication system
(2) Delivery period:
To be completed by 28 February 2025.
(The computer for evaluation must be completed by 30 September 2024.)
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 5 April 2024 through 19
April 2024 (excluding weekends and national holidays).
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
5:00 p.m. 10 May 2024.
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 15 May 2024.
(5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The opening of electronic procurement system and the meeting for the
opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at 10 am on 27 May
2024 (19th floor conference room of the Gifu Prefectural Government
Building).
(Tenders submitted by mail or electronically must be received by 5:00
p.m. on 24 May 2024.)
