(5) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders: The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m. on 17 May 2022 at the 3 North-1 Meeting Room (3F of the Gifu Prefectural Government Building). (Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m., 16 May 2022.)
