(2) Delivery period: To be completed by 23 December 2022 (3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation: Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 7 April 2022 through 27 April 2022 (excluding weekends and national holidays) (4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant documents: 5:00 p.m., 2 May 2022 Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 10 May 2022. (5) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders: The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m. on 17 May 2022 at the 3 North-1 Meeting Room (3F of the Gifu Prefectural Government Building). (Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m., 16 May 2022.)
