Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 10 January 2025 through
23 January 2025 (excluding weekends and national holidays) on the Gifu
Prefecture Electronic Procurement System (Bidding Information Disclosure
System)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents: 5:00 p.m. 3 February 2025
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 6 February 2025
(5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
2:00 p.m. on 20 February 2025 at the Meeting Room 406 (4F of the Gifu
Prefectural Industrial Technology Center).
(Tenders submitted by mail or electronically must be received by 5:00
p.m. on 19 February 2025)
