13 January 2023 (excluding weekends, national holidays, and year-end / new
year (from 29 December 2022 through 3 January 2023) holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
5:00 p.m. 25 January 2023
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 1 February 2023.
(5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
10:00 a.m. on 6 February 2023 at the Meeting Room 1 of the Gifu
Prefectural Research Institute for Health and Environmental Sciences
building.
(Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m. on 3 February
2023.)
