Japan Bakery & Sweets Show will be held at Tokyo Big Sight as part of CAFERES JAPAN, Japan's largest exhibition for cafes and restaurants, and will feature ingredients, materials, equipment, packaging materials, and services to help bakery stores, bread coordinators, sweets stores, and pastry chefs increase sales and improve business efficiency. The exhibition will be held at Tokyo Big Sight as a component of CAFERES JAPAN, Japan's largest exhibition for cafes and restaurants, with the addition of the sweets industry. For retail bakery stores and confectionery and pastry stores, this exhibition will contribute to the revitalization of the industry by bringing together products and information from all over Japan that not only create new menu items, but also provide solutions to recent issues such as "work style reform", "efficiency improvement and food loss prevention", "human resource development and retention", etc.
