Power semiconductors are a means of reducing CO2 emissions, and by improving the efficiency of power conversion, power conversion losses in applied equipment can be reduced. The exhibition will be held in Tokyo, Japan. In addition to power devices such as SiC, Ga2O3, GaN, MOS FETs, and IGBTs that enable efficient power conversion, the exhibition will also feature a series of products and technologies ranging from electronic components, circuits, and modules to hardware such as application equipment and products, as well as thermal and noise countermeasures, front loading design, manufacturing, and other technologies. The exhibition will bring together a series of products and technologies.
