AMTEX is a machine tool exhibition held in Mumbai in odd years and New Delhi in even years by changing the host city every year. The rapidly growing machine tool market in India is attracting attention from all over the world, and in 2018, we had 469 exhibitors from Japan and overseas, and more than 20,000 visitors. The technical capabilities related to each machine tool are concentrated here in India, and aggressive PR activities are actively carried out in the rapidly growing Indian market. Focusing on the northwestern part of India, the demand for machine tools mainly in the manufacture of automobile parts in this region accounts for 60% of the whole of India!
