FLAVOURS OF JAPAN: Visit the JAPAN PAVILION!



The Japan External Trade Organization is proud to announce the opening of the inaugural Japan Pavilion at the CRFA Show taking place on March 8 to 10 at the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto. Visit us at booths #1927 and 1935.

Ten companies from Japan and Ontario are going to present authentic Japanese food, beverages and cookware, some of which are making their Canadian debut. Products on display will include authentic sake, green tea, soy sauce, miso, rice vinegar, roasted lavor, tofu, soy sauce flavoured fish/vegetables.

The Consulate-General of Japan in Toronto, Japanese Restaurant Association of Canada, and the following ten companies will offer food sampling sessions at the demonstration booth, which is located at the southeast corner of the booth # 1927. Richly marbled Wagyu (Japanese beef), succulent fruits and products representing Japan's rich culinary lineage will be available to sample.
