Our company was founded by engineers with experience working for major Japanese manufacturers such as Toshiba, Sony, and Sharp.
Our mission is to train engineers to pass on Japan's proud technology to future generations. We hope that those who wish to learn Japanese manufacturing, as well as its quality and production control techniques, will join us.
We are looking for two types of engineers. Electrical digital/analog hardware engineers should have a background in electronics, such as an engineering degree. Software development engineers can have majors in the humanities, but those with a background of electrical/electronic systems would be preferred, as we are developing software for electronic control systems. We also welcome candidates with experience in C programming language and embedded software development. As we are in the process of shifting the official in-house language from Japanese to English, we require daily conversational ability in English and Japanese. However, Use of Japanese is not required. Although work is basically done remotely, face-to-face meetings will be held once a week, so new hires need to live in the Tokyo area. Also, we do have Guatemala, Nepal and Egyptian engineers active within the company, which is completely results-oriented, so there is no overtime work, and employees can enjoy a good work-life balance.

Our company was established in 2020 as a joint venture between ELARABY, which is a major Egyptian consumer electronics manufacturer, and Toyoichi Trading Co., Ltd., which is a Japanese trading company. The team consists mainly of skilled engineers from major Japanese home appliance manufacturers and other companies, each of whom has accumulated technologies to meet customer needs. As we design and develop products according to our customers' specifications, we can handle everything from palm-sized machines to large industrial machines used at factories, as well as circuits inside machines in a variety of industries. We are particularly confident in our electrical and electrical control system technologies, and our strength is in embedded system development technology.
Under the motto of "a cheerful, fun, and interesting company," we attempt new development methods on a daily basis, and we globally deploy Japan's fundamental and advanced technologies. In the future, we would like to support our parent company, ELARABY, via our design technology.
