We are a manufacturer of large plant equipment. We have a local subsidiary in Dalian, China, where we manufacture our products at a factory, together with our domestic factory.
More than 40% of all employees are overseas personnel, with Chinese and Indonesians playing an active role. We are currently recruiting overseas personnel for two positions. We are looking for experienced engineers to serve as field leaders and operators of the latest machinery and who will organize overseas personnel. Candidates with welding and machining experience are preferred, and those with CAD drafting experience are more than welcome. In addition, candidates must be able to understand on-site work terminology and work-related Japanese and have a level of Japanese skill that is sufficient for daily conversation. In the future, we would like new hires to become leaders at our manufacturing divisions. And we are also looking for sales staff to communicate with Chinese factories and to conduct trade/customs clearance. Native Chinese speakers are preferred, and a level of Japanese language skill at N3 or higher is required, as there will be business meetings with domestic Japanese companies. We support the acquisition of qualifications, and, in addition to subsidizing the cost of taking examinations, the acquisition of JLPT N2 certification will be reflected in salary. In addition to free use of the in-house gym, there are many opportunities for internal exchanges, such as company dinner parties.

Celebrating 80 years of being in business in the near future, we manufacture large equipment for steel mills and power plants. We manufacture industrial equipment such as ducts, girders, and conveyors, involving mainly large items weighing around 10 tons. Our advantage is that we have a public wharf (Uno Port) located 200 meters from our main factory, and this allows us to immediately deliver products manufactured at our local factory in Dalian, China, to our main factory. The expertise that we have accumulated to date allows us to provide broad support, from planning and manufacturing to transportation and installation. We also provide marine transportation for large steel structures that are difficult to transport by land.
Currently, our main business is related to steel mills, but we intend to focus more on the power plant business in the future. We aim to enter into biomass power plants and wind power plants, and through our business, we would like to contribute to the improvement of the global environment, including the realization of a decarbonized society. We will continue to take on challenges with the aim of becoming a 100-year-old company.
