We produce prototypes, development products, and parts on a made-to-order basis. Because all of our products are made to order, we deeply consider the manufacturing method, etc., in each case as we work.
The experience of making different products one by one can improve your technical skills as an engineer, and at our workplaces, employees can often feel growth occurring. We are looking for people who want to learn a variety of skills and who are motivated to eventually do business in their home country. Because our machines are programmed for operation, we prefer candidates with a science background, but no specialized knowledge is required, as we will provide guidance from the start.
Prior to establishing our Vietnam plant, we hired Vietnamese personnel, and they account for 20% of our total workforce. Other employees are from Myanmar and China, making it a comfortable working environment for overseas personnel. Those who joined the company with little or no Japanese language skills are gradually learning and becoming able to do their jobs, so Japanese language skills are not required at this point. We are planning to expand into the U.S. in the future, so English speakers will have more opportunities to play an active role.

We are a fabricator of custom-made plastic and metal parts. Our customers sometimes have the attitude of: “We want the parts we need when we need them, and we want them right away!” In order to meet such needs, we offer one of the fastest delivery times in the industry. General consumer goods distributed around the world are mass-produced at factories, and we support that world by manufacturing parts for the machines, equipment, and robots used to produce them. We specialize in high-mix, low-volume production, and we use 3D printers for modeling and machining via machining centers and NC lathes. Our strength is that we manufacture parts to order, even if only one order is placed. As a result, our products are used in a wide variety of industries, including robotics, aerospace, and inspection equipment for research institutes.
We currently have a manufacturing plant in Vietnam and sell locally manufactured products in Japan, but in the future we would like to expand our sales channels to local companies. In the future, we also hope to expand our technological products to the U.S., where the aerospace and robotics industries are advanced.
