we are engaged in the contracted development of all kinds of mechanical products, receiving orders mainly from research institutes. our company is a very rewarding place to work, as we are engineers who take pride in developing products from scratch-no two of which are the same. with an eye on future overseas expansion, we are hiring for two positions: one for marketing and one for engineering. for the marketing role, duties will include web marketing using the internet, such as websites and social media. marketing knowledge or experience in programming or building websites is desired. we are looking for people to work together with external consultants to develop a new sales strategy. we expect candidates to have an english toeic score of 700 or above and japanese n3-level language proficiency. for the engineering role, we prefer people with a mechanical engineering background and cad experience. we are not a company that makes standardized products, so we prefer candidates who like to think for themselves and who are willing to actively learn about technology. we are willing to teach the skills that we have developed over the years and to nurture competent engineers. there is no overtime work, and with an open corporate culture, the environment is easy to work in. in the future, we hope that new hires will excel as engineering managers or in upper management.
