our company is a very rewarding place to work, as we are engineers who take pride in developing products from scratch-no two of which are the same. with an eye on future overseas expansion, we are hiring for two positions: one for marketing and one for engineering.
for the marketing role, duties will include web marketing using the internet, such as websites and social media. marketing knowledge or experience in programming or building websites is desired. we are looking for people to work together with external consultants to develop a new sales strategy. we expect candidates to have an english toeic score of 700 or above and japanese n3-level language proficiency.
for the engineering role, we prefer people with a mechanical engineering background and cad experience. we are not a company that makes standardized products, so we prefer candidates who like to think for themselves and who are willing to actively learn about technology. we are willing to teach the skills that we have developed over the years and to nurture competent engineers. there is no overtime work, and with an open corporate culture, the environment is easy to work in. in the future, we hope that new hires will excel as engineering managers or in upper management.

located in tsukuba city, ibaraki prefecture, japan, where many research facilities are located, our company designs and manufactures industrial equipment, develops prototypes of various types of equipment, and custom manufactures scientific instruments. among these, our core business is the design and development of mechanical products under contract from japan's national institute of advanced industrial science and technology (aist) and other research institutes. we listen to our customers' requirements, create specifications and drawings from scratch, and then design and manufacture the product. researchers' requests often include ideas that do not fit into the conventional norms of machine design, but our strength lies in our ability to leverage our technology and experience to respond to their requests, even if for only one machine design and type. as machines become smaller and smaller with the times, our policy is to manufacture machines that are small enough to fit into the palm of one's hand but that still offer high performance while being easy to use.
in recent years, we have been presented with business opportunities from overseas semiconductor equipment manufacturers, and we sense there is demand from overseas. in the future, we intend to aggressively expand our technology overseas
