We are a company in Kadoma City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan that manufactures parts via blow molding. We have been continuously hiring foreign personnel for about 20 years, and, including technical interns, about half of our employees are foreign nationals. There are also four full-time employees among them, making it a comfortable working environment for foreign personnel. We are now accepting applications for the following positions.
(1) Production management: Creation of production plans and management of production sites according to customer deadlines, maintenance of machinery, etc.
(2) Quality control: Controlling the quality of products and providing customers with necessary data and inspection results
Although specialized knowledge is not required for both (1) and (2), it would be better to have studied mechanical or industrial systems at university. We expect applicants to have at least N2-level Japanese language proficiency, but don't worry, we also have Vietnamese and Chinese employees. In addition, as we have been accepting technical intern trainees from Myanmar in recent years, and we might ask those who are fluent in Burmese and English to manage trainees. For 50 years in Osaka, which has the largest concentration of blow molding manufacturers in Japan, we have been producing parts for automobiles, home appliances, construction machinery, and nursing care products.
Blow molding is a technology used to produce tubular hollow molded products such as PET bottles. We specialize in the blow molding of large objects. We leverage our integrated production system from molding to processing in-house to minimize production loss and product cost due to quality defects, and to minimize delivery time. We have also acquired ISO 9001 certification, which is rare in the blow molding industry.
Our reliable technology for manufacturing stable, high-quality products has made us the choice of many major companies in Japan. The quality of our products is backed by our human resources, and we place great importance on human resources development. Taking advantage of our experience in which half of our employees are from overseas, we are also preparing to start a new business-a personnel placement business to introduce specified skilled foreign workers from overseas-in February 2023.
