Increasing the value of the industria brand and creating fans around the world
One of our goals is to create fans all over the world who pay attention not only to the functionality of our products but also to the product name and packaging, as well as who feel strongly that they want to use industria's products. We are looking for people who share this goal, who have the three potentials of "the drive to take on new challenges, honesty, and compassion," and who can work as key assistants to the person in charge in Thailand in the future. After entering the company, new hires will spend six months to a year undergoing training and OJT in all departments of R&D, technology, sales, and manufacturing so as to understand the manufacturing process. After that, they will be given assignments based on their aptitude and other factors. In addition, because the work will be done in Japanese, new hires must be able to communicate in Japanese, and because we expect them to be active in Thailand in the future, they must be native in Thai. At present, we have employees from Indonesia and the Philippines, and we have established an environment where people of any nationality can play an active role. In addition, new hires can work within an "at home"-like corporate culture with close relationships among employees, such as in the "Thanks Card" initiative that is used to express gratitude to colleagues.

Founded in 1991, the company's headquarters and main factory are located in Iruma City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan. Our products are sold in 52 countries around the world, and we have an overseas sales office in Thailand.
Our main product is FILSTAR, which is a water reuse system that can perform high-precision filtration using only water flow. At many manufacturing sites, a large amount of water is used in the process, but when FILSTAR is used, water savings can be realized. Compared to conventional industrial filters, the new filter has three advantages: zero industrial waste, zero maintenance, and zero running cost, contributing to the realization of a sustainable society. In particular, we boast a high market share of approximately 70% for filters used for cleaning before painting in the automobile manufacturing process, and in fiscal 2020 we were chosen as one of the "Global Niche Top Companies Selection 100" by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
We will continue to embody our concept of being a "brand of innovation creating values needed for the earth and customers" via our reliable technological capabilities and sustainable ideas and designs.
