We are a company engaged in the manufacture of parts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and in the development and design of various equipment.
We are looking for new personnel with the aim of expanding our semiconductor manufacturing equipment design, development, and manufacturing business in the future.
Mechanical designer: We welcome those who have graduated from a technical college or higher and who have studied mechanical design.
Electrical/electronics designer: We welcome those who have graduated from a technical college or higher and who have studied electricity/electronics.
Software developer: We welcome those who have graduated from a technical college or higher and who have studied programming. This especially includes those with experience in C, Python, etc.
For all positions, we expect at least a communicative level of Japanese, but mechanical designers will have many opportunities to consult with customers, so we prefer applicants with level N2 or higher.
In recent years, with the companies that we deal with, our number of overseas engineers has been increasing, therefore the range of activities will be further expanded for those with a TOEIC score of 500 and above in English proficiency.
After joining the company, new hires will first learn about and come to understand our manufacturing process and products and will then apply this this knowledge to their design work. In the future, we expect new hires to lead business as managers that organize each department.

We are mainly engaged in the manufacture of parts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment via cutting processes and in the design and development of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

In recent years, we have also been focusing on the mechanical design of semiconductor manufacturing equipment itself, and the number of orders that we have been receiving is increasing. Our strength lies in our ability to utilize our own parts and to conduct manufacturing on an integrated production line, from conceptual design to machining, assembly, and installation according to customer specifications.
Our main customers are major companies listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, so we are able to generate stable revenues. In the future, we intend to actively develop not only our main products but also products in new fields.
