We are a metal processing company that supports the manufacturing industry through precision press work and die fabrication. Since our establishment, we have practiced diversity management, including the employment of women, older workers, and people with disabilities. And now, in order to further revitalize the company organization, we are hiring new foreign personnel in addition to our four foreign employees (as of 2022). We are entrusted with everything from 3D CAD design to manufacturing as metal mold making, which is our core technology. Through on-the-job training after joining the company, new hires will be able to grasp all processes up to the completion of manufacturing, by working at the press processing, tapping, and jig and tool making departments. In the future, we expect new hires to play active roles at the core of our organization as engineers with strong technical skills. We will also help new hires build a foundation for their lives, such as in understanding the Japanese language and contracting for housing. We look forward to hearing from those who have a Japanese level of N4 or above, that have majored in an engineering subject at a university or other institution, and above all, that love manufacturing and wish to learn the technology that supports the manufacturing industry.
