In production management, you will be in charge of communication with necessary overseas factories(mainly Chinese factories), development of new factories,participation in exhibitions,and other overseas sales communicarion,making full use of Japanese,Chinese,and English. As for your career plan,you will first spend one year after joining the company in the actual manufacturing process departments,where you will receive basic training in manufacturing. Then,under the guidance of senior staff in production management,you will grow to be in charge of apparel brand production.
