We are an IT company that provides extensive services and solutions to our customers with innovation and sincerity every day. Therefore, we are looking for programmers to develop applications.

Japanese language proficiency of N2 or higher is required. We also welcome candidates with business-level English skills and those who have majored in IT-related subjects at universities, technical colleges, etc. Note that training for programming will be provided after employment, so there is no problem even for those with no experience.

After joining the company, new hires will undergo six months of training to learn programming through simulations of system development. Then, they will work together on projects led by their supervisors and will learn how to proceed with projects and communicate with customers. In the future, we expect new hires to acquire advanced technical skills, become independent, and become engineers who can respond to various requests from customers.

We are a Tokyo-based IT company specializing in system migration and system development. We have an affiliated company in Shanxi Province, China, to which we outsource development and other work for projects that we are commissioned to undertake, and we have established a cooperative business system.

Our core business is system migration, known as "legacy migration." In addition to advanced technical capabilities, knowledge of both legacy systems (e.g., COBOL-based mission-critical systems, mainframes, etc.) and the latest systems and languages are required, making it difficult for new entrants to enter the field and making it a field with few competitors. In system development, our strength is that we can handle everything from requirements definitions and design to release and maintenance services, and we can respond to short deadlines and large-scale projects at low cost. In addition, we develop our own products and provide temporary staffing services.

We plan to actively engage in new businesses in the future. We would like to learn technologies in areas where we have not been able to develop our business, such as "IoT," "AI," and "Big Data," which are in particular demand from our customers, and to promote their commercialization.
