We are an executive search firm based in Singapore. We mainly provide services to Japanese subsidiaries of foreign companies, and we support their management HR strategies in Asia. We are currently recruiting for a human resources consultant.

Graduates of overseas, domestic universities or technical schools who are interested in sales are preferred. Half of our employees are foreign nationals, and their language level varies, so communication in either Japanese of English is required.

After new hires have acquired solid skills through on-the-job training and leadership training, we would like to entrust them with a series of tasks, from market research to finding candidates and contracting as human resources consultants. Working at an overseas office is also possible if desired. We established our Tokyo office in 2001 and started providing services mainly to foreign companies, and are strong in recruiting for senior management and professional positions. We have a strong presence in Japan, and we are able to provide a variety of services across the globe.

Upon receiving a request from a client, we identify the personnel that they are looking for through interviews, and we search for and approach personnel from various networks and in various markets. We do not judge the candidates we introduce based solely on their profiles, but rather we take the time to interview them and get to know their personalities in order to make candidate-oriented proposals.

We not only introduce excellent human resources to our clients, but also provide human resource related consulting services to our candidates as well. We offer support as both business partner and career consultant via consulting services that are highly personalized for both parties.
