We are engaged in a variety of road-related businesses. Our main business is traffic safety-related construction and maintenance of bridges and other structures, and we protect the safety and security of society with the experience and technology that we have accumulated over the years.

We are currently seeking candidates to serve as construction managers and development design engineers. We welcome those who majored in science at university, especially those who studied civil engineering or architecture and who have knowledge of metallurgy and physics. Ideally, candidates would have Japanese proficiency of N2 or above, and native-level Vietnamese is preferred. Several Vietnamese engineers are also active at the company, so after joining the company, guidance can be provided in Vietnamese.

After learning and gaining experience in construction management, we expect new hires to become engineers who can perform structural calculations and other corrective designs. Come learn the skills and join us in helping to create safe and beautiful cities.

As a road specialist, we undertake all kinds of public works related to roads. Focusing on maintenance work for bridges and tunnels, our company also contributes to local traffic safety through the installation of guardrails and road signs, along with the development of in-house products such as manual traffic barrier gates that utilize our patented technology.

Large structures such as bridges and tunnels not only decline in quality as they age but are also affected by chloride ions, which can lead to major accidents if such structures are not maintained properly. Therefore, like the doctors who look after our health, we, with our expertise, look after the safety of the road infrastructure.
