Since our founding in 1972,we have specialized in FRP(fiber-reinforced plastics) and have been manufacturing plastic parts for a wide variety of industrial products.We aim to become the world's no.1 FRP manufacturer by creating appealing products. Currently,we are looking for people to work with us as we start a new maintenance support business for wind power generation equipment as part of our renewable energy equipment maintenance business.
Candidates with a university or graduate degree in mechanical/electrical or civil engineering/constructiin are preferred.Regarding language skills,N3-level(or equivalent)Japanese and a daily conversational level in English or Chinese is preferred.If new hires are fluent in Chinese,they may be asked to serve as a point of contact with our group companies in Taiwan.
After joining the company,new hires will learn the basics of FRP products and will obtain the necessary certifications for the business. We will cover the cost of certifications.In the future,we expect new hires to serve as leaders to organize the groups working on wind farm equipment maintenance.

Starting as a surfboard manufacturer in 1972,the company now manufactures and delivers FRP(fiber-reinforced plastic)products to major domestic companies,aviation,and sports.We also provide technical support for the development of polar sleds and solar cars.With group companies in China,Taiwan,and Vietnam,our products manufactured in China are sold to major companies not only in China but are also exported around the world.
We have been manufacturing FRP components for equipment and providing repair support at wind power plants throughout Japan,in terms of facilities for more-natural energy.Intending to go beyond the repair of FRP parts to provide comprehensive maintenance,repair,and inspection services for entire facilities in the future,in April 2022,we are launching a suatainable energy facility maintenance business as a new business,and we are renovating our main factory.We intend to focus on the offshore wind power generation business and to expand our maintenance business at our Taiwan base as well.We will continue to take on challenges in new fields,including global expansion.
