Our company manufactures production machinery that supports manufacturing society. We are currently looking for technical staff to support manufacturing sites.

We are looking for people with a background in engineering or other science-related fields who have a strong desire to support manufacturing society. In addition, since the work will be done in Japanese, the ability to communicate in Japanese is required. (We will consider hiring people with a liberal arts background if they are fluent in Japanese and English.)

We have employees from Vietnam and China who use their language skills to translate and interpret, along with others who are active as project leaders. We evaluate our employees based on their technical skills, and we provide them with opportunities for growth without separating them from Japanese employees.

After joining the company, new hires can use the company dormitory. We also provide support for acquiring qualifications in Japanese and English, as well as for technological knowledge, and if new hires pass a relevant exam, we will refund their exam fees and provide them with a congratulatory gift.

Our company was founded in 1990 in Ehime Prefecture, Japan. Our products are characterized by a high level of technical difficulty, requiring high-speed operation and micron-level precision. Our products cover a wide variety of types, including home appliances, automotive parts, and semiconductors. For example, equipment that automatically assembles components is used in factories for automotive parts. Equipment that uses state-of-the-art robots to recognize the orientation of products and align them at high speed is used in daily lifestyle goods and food factories.

The most-important thing for building trust with customers is to be sincere with them. For example, we create 3D models at the quotation stage at great cost, so our customers can visualize the product in an easy-to-understand manner and can place their orders with confidence.
