We are the only private company in Japan that provides prototyping and evaluation services for materials used in cutting-edge technologies. Through our evaluation services, we contribute to the promotion and mass production of thin and lightweight organic EL displays, such as foldable smartphones and rollable TVs.

We expect demand to increase overseas, especially in China, and we need people who can support our sales team. We seek people with a university degree or higher, preferably with knowledge of semiconductors, and we also welcome people who have studied electronics, applied physics, quantum mechanics, and quantum chemistry. In terms of language skills, we are looking for people who can speak, read, and write Chinese at a daily-use level. English is necessary for reading literature and academic papers, and Japanese should be at a level that allows for communication.

During the first year after joining the company, new hires will learn basic operations such as device fabrication and sales knowledge. In the future, we expect new hires to be active in local technical sales and as leaders of overseas corporations. We are the only company in Japan that evaluates cutting-edge technologies such as organic EL materials. We evaluate the commercial products that our clients-who are major materials manufacturers-want to sell.

Our strength is that we can create and evaluate elements in a state close to actual use (including actually making them light up). Another reason we are chosen is that, unlike university labs or labs of major manufacturers, we return 100% of the obtained data to customers and renounce intellectual property. The organic semiconductor market has been expanding over the past few years, and the demand for our company, although a niche service, has also been growing. Demand is expanding overseas as the production of organic EL displays shifts from Japan to Korea and China.

We believe the main market will shift to China in the future. Specifically, we plan to expand overseas in response to the growing need for rapid service and accurate evaluation results at production bases. Demand is also expected for thin and flexible perovskite solar cells, and as with organic ELs, we will contribute to their promotion through evaluation.
