We are a company that designs and manufactures molds and press machines, celebrating 70 years of business in 2022. We have three affiliated companies in Japan and one in Thailand. In order to expand our sales channels in China, which has become our main market in recent years, we are looking for people that can act as a bridge between China and Japan and that can engage in sales activities. We welcome applicants that are fluent in Chinese with an understanding of Chinese culture and with certification of N1 in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.During the three years since initial employment, new hires will be in charge of interpretation and translation, and will work as assistants in contract creation, as well as in remote sales activities such as for product maintenance and repair.We regularly enjoy events such as viewing cherry blossom and summer parties. We also participate in local events such as the Shinzan Shrine Naked Pilgrimage Festival, the Koyoshigawa Regatta (a rowing competition), and cleanup activities.In 2016, the company was acknowledged as a "Youth Yell Certified Company." We also offer a great benefit packages, including qualification allowance and housing or commuting allowance. After accumulating enough experience at our company, new hires can become independent in China in accordance with their contract, if they wish. We will support any motivation in this regard.

Our company was established in 1952 in Yurihonjo City, Akita Prefecture, Japan, as a ferrite processing business. Since our establishment, our main business has been the manufacture of various types of molds and industrial machinery.Our strength is that we can manufacture and sell in-house designed molds and powder-compacting technology simultaneously.With our unique technology, we are able to meet various customer needs, not only domestically but also internationally. Currently our main business involves the manufacture and sale of various molds and powder-compacting machines.
We provide molds in accordance with product design supplied by our customers, along with customizable powder-compacting machines. The cemented carbide tool industry, which is our main market, is closely related to mainly automobile manufacturers and aircraft parts manufacturers. In place of the Japanese, European, and U.S. markets, which have been the mainstay of the above industries for many years, we are now seeking a source of sales in China, where automobile production is expanding.
