Our company mainly develops tailor-made software and systems for researchers and developers, and also handles systems for medical use.

Currently, we welcome those with knowledge related to information technology(which is the foundation of system engineering), those who have been programming for school research or other purposes, or those who have learned on their own and that have a certain level of knowledge-even if they have no practical experience.

Although smooth communication in Japanese is required, both Japanese and non-Japanese employees can play an active role in the company.

Through our education and training system, which includes on-the-job training(OJT) such as pair programming (learning the work and acquiring skills under the guidance of senior staff) and external seminars, we can turn new hires into full-fledged system engineers in about three years.

Our company is located in Tsukuba City (located in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan), which is an international city with approximately 9,000 foreign residents from around 140 countries, And it's the Japan's leading science city. If you wish to return to your home country after working in Japan, we can also be open to working remotely across borders or putting you in charge of sales of our products in your home country. We want people who can stay with the company for a long time.

We have continued to produce software and systems that support various research & development activities in response to the needs of our customers.

Our core business of tailor-made software development accounts for about 80% of our business. Our main customers are researchers and developers from all over Japan, and we handle a wide variety of research & development projects, including Earth observation data processing by satellites, substance and materials exploration, data management and retrieval systems related to agriculture, and machine-learning/deep-learning systems.

As the second pillar of our business, we are also involved in a number of developments for the medical field, and we have a record of accomplishment that can be described as best-in-class in certain niche fields, such as software systems for particle-beam radiation therapy, which is the most-advanced form of cancer treatment.

In addition, we also develop and sell our own products. Our flagship product, the "EmerSim" emergency & lifesaving training system, is used in hospitals throughout Japan, and from November 2021, we plan to expand our sales network around the world via a distribution agreement with a company in the Netherlands.
