Our company handles everything from design to manufacturing and sales of electrical control devices for industrial machinery. Until now, we have only hired foreign staff at our affiliates in China and Thailand, but now we seek people to work at our headquarters in Japan.
We seek people who studied electrical engineering at technical colleges or universities or those who have worked in related jobs at domestic or foreign companies. Experience does not have to be in the same industry. For those with experience in the electrical field, any major is acceptable. We expect new hires to have at least JLPT N2 Japanese level.
After joining, new hires are assigned a senior employee in the same department who provides one-on-one guidance for one year. We also support newcomers' growth into full-fledged engineers by providing extensive training, including internal and external training. After learning the technology, new hires will be consistently involved with products, from the design of electrical control panels to inspection and witnessing start-up at the delivery site.
If new hires so desire, we would like them to work as engineers at our overseas affiliates in the future. Come and hone your skills through a well-developed education system and aim to be a top engineer with us.

Our company has been in business for 73 years and specializes in control technology for cutting machines. We are experts in material cutting, handling everything from design to the manufacturing and sales of electrical control panels for large industrial machines.
We can handle all kinds of materials, including hard materials (such as steel) to soft rubber, and even thin materials such as paper and film. For each material, highly specialized engineers provide tailor-made responses to the extreme demands of customers.

We have affiliated companies in Shanghai, China and Bangkok, Thailand so as to meet growing demand in the Chinese and Southeast Asian markets. Eventually, we would like to build a local manufacturing plant and focus not only on sales but also manufacturing.
