We established the company in 1972 as a manufacturer (visual inspection), started long-term care services in 2003, and are celebrating our 48th anniversary this year. With about 200 employees, we operate 13 businesses in southern Kyoto (Uji City and Joyo City) and Nara City. We strongly believe that non-Japanese employees will play essential roles, particularly in the long-term care field which faces work force shortage. We are therefore preparing ourselves for this direction and looking for people who can negotiate with relevant organizations in local areas (e.g., Southeast Asia), work as interpreters, and provide follow-up support to non-Japanese employees after recruitment.
